- Kutikul estate rubber factory functioning from 1920. The old bungalow can also be seen. (North)
- Pearl Hill bungalow for tea time, enjoy panoramic views of the mountains on the (East)
- Eldorado estate, can be done as a plantation - village walk towards the (West)
- Yendayar – to see J J Murphy’s estate, bungalow (presently running as a Montessori) and the village of Yendayar along the banks of River Pullaka. (East)
- Spend the evening in the mundakayam planters club, enjoy some beverages if needed.
- Snooker and lawn tennis or badminton can be arranged at the club.
- Travancore Rubber and Tea company, the largest rubber estate in the country. Beautiful picnic spots along the streams.
- Panchali medu for picnic, which offer panoramic views
- Kuttikanam – the tea plantations and a hill station-en route to periyar enjoy lunch at Misty Mountain resort which is a beautiful place for seeing the multi crop plantation of spices, scenic spots numerous waterfalls and even forest.
- Lunch is served from its restaurant.
- Travel to Urumbi hills , by jeep or trek up in 3 hours , we see the best of western Ghats from its heights.
- Periyar Tiger Reserve offer activities, like 3-hour nature walk, bamboo rafting, bullock cart ride at cumbum valley
(A Tamil Village) and elephant rides organized by the forest department. - Gavi, the wild end of periyar, have great outdoors and meet wildlife at close quarters.
- Periyar reserve bungalow, within the tiger reserve for lunch in a property owned by our cousins.
Safaris are offered within the plantations for wildlife sighting at periyar reserve bungalow. - Mount estate bungalow for lunch ,at its lawns and breathtaking view of the Mount Bluff.
- Visit Connemara Tea factory. Fine Tea sold here.
- Breakfast is continental with one South Indian dish.
